Pharmacy Profiles uses two-factor authentication as an added way to protect your account from unauthorized logins. Two-factor authentication adds additional security to your account by requiring not only your username and password, but also a 6-digit code from your mobile phone. If your password is compromised, your account will be inaccessible without the unique code sent to your phone.
If you have access to other users’ data (e.g., team managers, team members), two-factor authentication will be mandatory starting December 13, 2021. Until then, you can click to skip the set-up process.
For all other users, two-factor authentication will be optional.
Helpful hints:
- Be sure to use a mobile phone number, so you can receive the authentication code via text message.
- If you need to change the mobile phone number, visit the “Account” section after you’ve logged in.
- Once you’ve set up two-factor authentication, you will need to enter an authentication code each time you login
