Jill Corso McNabb, MBA, is a technology leader who helps bridge pharmacy and innovation. With over two decades in product management, marketing, and strategic leadership across start-ups and global companies, she blends creativity, analytical insight, and entrepreneurial spirit. Jill has been a founding team member at multiple pharmacy-focused start-ups including Pharmacy Profiles, Synerio, and RxAlly, shaping vision, strategy, and product launches that leverage technology, AI, and data to empower pharmacists and improve health care. Jill is also a STEM-education advocate and volunteer leader working to build the Northern Virginia Science Center. Jill holds a BA and MBA from the University of Virginia.
